Welcome to AskOdin.org. By accessing our website and using our tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

AskOdin.org provides data scraping, enrichment, and marketing tools ("Services") on a credit-based system.

2. Free Trial Credits

Sign-up Bonus: New users receive 5 free credits upon creating an account to try the system and test the platform's tools.

Limitations: Free credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and we reserve the right to modify or revoke the free credit offer at any time to prevent abuse.

3. Paid Credits, Pricing, and Usage

Pricing: Additional credits are sold in bundles of 30 credits for $10.

Consumption: Most current functions on the platform cost one (1) credit per function execution. For example, scraping an area for businesses allows you to retrieve up to 100 company details (including emails) for 3 credits (equivalent to $1).

Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change credit pricing or function costs at any time. Any changes will be updated transparently on the platform.

4. No Refunds Policy

All sales of purchased credits are final. Purchases are strictly non-refundable. Once paid credits are added to your account balance, they cannot be exchanged back for cash or standard currency.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our tools and data responsibly. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any scraped data complies with local and international laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and relevant electronic communication regulations. You may not use our services for malicious intent, creation of multiple accounts to exploit free credits, spamming, or attempting to disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

AskOdin.org provides its tools and data on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of scraped public data. In no event shall AskOdin.org be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
